City Fitness says bring on Thanksgiving! But, try some healthier options.
Over the next week or so we are going to highlight a few web sites which offer healthy holiday recipe options. Everyone should be able to enjoy their holidays - but you should not feel sick afterward from over-eating. Choosing healthier preparation may help to reduce that "after-holiday guilt."
