Outdoor Tai Chi and Chi Gong at City Fitness Gym

Do these bright summer mornings get you up and around early? Do you love to start your day out with exercse, breathing and meditation? Come on over Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m. for 45 minues of Tai Chi and Chi Gong. Weather permitted, classes are held outdoors on our deck in the Zen Garden.
